📊 Why Choose the Whole Blood Version?

Simplify your on-site testing workflow. This version allows for direct testing from a simple blood draw, eliminating the need for sample centrifugation in the field. It delivers the same early insights to optimize breeding cycles, reduce feeding costs for open cows, and improve herd profitability—all with unmatched convenience for busy farm operations.

Our Advantages:
Ultimate Convenience: Test directly from fresh whole blood, serum, or plasma.
Early Management: Identify non-pregnant cows by 28 days for timely re-breeding decisions.
Clear Results: Unique two-line (T&B) color comparison minimizes reading ambiguity.
Robust & Stable: No cold chain required; easy to store and transport.

🧪 Detection Principle & Technology

The test detects Pregnancy-Associated Glycoprotein (PAG) in the blood. It utilizes colloidal gold immunochromatography based on a double-antibody sandwich principle. When a sample is applied, it migrates via capillary action. If PAG is present, it forms a visible colored complex at the Test line (T line), while the Base line (B line) serves as a built-in reference for comparison.

📦 Specifications & Packaging

🧾 Simplified Test Procedure

  1. Prepare: Bring device and sample to room temperature. Place test cassette flat.

  2. For Whole Blood: Add 2 drops (~60µL) blood, wait 5 seconds, then add 3 drops (~90µL) buffer.

  3. For Serum/Plasma: Add 1 drop (~30µL) sample, then add 3 drops (~90µL) buffer.

  4. Read: Interpret the result by comparing T and B line colors at 10-20 minutes.

📌 Key Application Scenarios

  • Pasture-Side Testing: Ideal for direct whole blood testing in barns or fields.

  • Large-Scale Screening: Efficient for quickly testing herds of all sizes.

  • Reproductive Management: A core tool for monitoring breeding programs and identifying open cows early.

  • Veterinary Practice: A reliable aid for clinical pregnancy diagnosis.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • A recent abortion or stillbirth may lead to a false-positive result.

  • For an indeterminate result (T line color similar to B line), retest after 7 days.

  • The test is invalid if the Control line (C line) does not appear.
